Yesterday we assembled and shot 3 episodes of Finest Dishes In Vegas.  After getting locked in and going on it, it went VERY smoothly.  Oscar Goodman, Tom Biscardi, and Kevin Burke all did a great job helping out the chefs and learning some real cooking skills.

I received a call about the new local cooking show The Finest Dishes In Vegas.  Im assembling my crew together and we go into production of the next 2 episodes in about a week and a half at the fabulous Glazier’s Market.  It should be fun and a proper way to have some fun and work hard.
